Job Description
• Documentation for investment products like mutual funds, FD, bonds, insurance, PMS including KYC and account opening documentation
• Client communication via phone and email and management of clients’ servicing requests
• Handling client queries/ requests and resolving them as per agreed TATs
• Portfolio Data management and website data updation and maintenance of the company database daily
• Management and upkeep of client servicing software
• Handling projects related to client servicing and online platforms
• Following systems and processes for business operations and designing SOPs(Standard operation procedures)
• Office boy team management and general office admin
• Functioning with various teams, ensuring customer delight by achieving delivery & quality service
• Team building activities including training of team

Regional Sales Manager

Job Description
• Leading a team of Sales Managers
• To manage and monitor client acquisition piece at micro level, scale up business or revenue through quality advisory and taking corrective measure or strategy to build strong rapport with associates and top 30-40 customers.
• Should be well verse with capital market and strong hold on domestic and global equities;
• Will be co-ordinating with numbers of departments like RMS/Branches and few other critical depts on daily basis.
• Strateging monthly business along with driving daily revenue and other KRA’s . Review every 15 days on set targets also attend their queries or issues if any. Join them on large client meet.
• Co-ordinating with BM on regular basis for client sourcing through sales team and reviewing every 15 days on progress of sales business. Also joining them on large client meet, taking seminars for branch customers. Also co-ordinating for day to day activity.
• Monitoring closely on monthly sales through this team and pushing them for sourcing large customers as business sourced by them get offloaded on advisory desk so both advisory and branch sales are interconnected.
• Will have regular interaction with all mentioned dept, for example for clients limt need to get in touch with RMS for doing clients surviellance regularly need to get in touch with survdept and client related issues with CSE desk.
• Managing customer and advisory query if any.
• Daily revenue, client meeting, be in touch with large customers during market hours.

Sales Manager

Job Description

Relationship Manager

Job Description
• Responsible for New Client Acquisition of trading accounts.
• Responsible for Meeting targets of Broking and TPP revenues.
• Responsible for Margin collections for trade both online and through cheques/RTGS.
• Ensuring Work on direct databases for activation / reactivation / retention of clients.
• Responsible for Cross sell LI/ GI/ PMS/ MF/ Gold – only direct acquisitions (No distribution through remissers)

Equity Advisor

• Acquisition of new HNI/Affluent clients for Equity & Derivatives Segment. Executing trades during markets hours through terminal.
• Maintaining healthy relationships with all the potential clients.
• Creation of revenue & Activation of clients through effective Advisory.
• Cross selling of other products like Structured Product, AIFs, Funding, Mutual fund, PMS &, Insurance
• Handling Queries & complains of client’s & solving it within TAT.
• Profiling clients by conducting in depth review of client’s financial requirements, analyzing information & recommending portfolios.

Insurance Sales Executive (From General Insurance company)

Job Description
• Accountable for acquisition of High net worth and retail clients.
• Responsible for identifying customer needs and assessing their risk appetite.
• Responsible for providing Insurance Planning advice to new clients.
• Active interaction with premium clients and advising them on their Insurance portfolio and act as an interface between Company and clients.
• Responsible for achieving Monthly targets as assigned by the organization.
• Provide regular updates to the immediate superior as and when required.
